First tip is to burn more calories than the intake. Have calorie table and count calories going in. Have another table stating for every work how much calorie will be burnt. Plan your work to burn more calories than gone in.

Second is Resistance Training. Means exercising to build muscles by weight lifting. When you build muscle, metabolism is improved and enables burning of more calories. Running, cycling, climbing slopes and aerobic exercises enable building of muscles and results in losing weight, because you have burnt more calories than what you have consumed.

Third is about phased exercises. Prepare time table for every exercise you plan to do to lose weight and maintain fitness. This combination requires matching the trio: Exercise, Nutrition and Supplementation – So the time table will contain basic calorie statistics (with ultimate goal of how much weight to lose). All exercises have to be in following phases: Initiation, Foundation, Optimum strength and recuperation. (Basic Strength, Peak and Transition phases)
